Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These terms apply when you buy The Visual Manager, a digital PDF guide sold at thevisualmanager.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

The product

You receive a 61-page PDF with 50 leadership tools. It is a digital download. No physical item is shipped.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the site before checkout, including any applicable taxes. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Delivery

After payment you are taken to a private page with your download link. The link works for 7 days and allows up to 3 downloads. Please save the file once it arrives. If you have trouble, contact us and we will help.

Your license

  • Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the guide, including at work for their own team.
  • You may print copies for your own use.
  • You may not resell, share, upload, publish or distribute the file or its contents, in whole or in part.
  • Each copy is stamped with the buyer's name and email. Copies found shared publicly may be traced to the original purchase and the license revoked.
  • For team or company licenses, contact us.

Intellectual property

All content, frameworks, designs and text in the guide remain our property and are protected by copyright.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once delivery starts with your consent. By completing checkout you agree that delivery begins immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal once you access the download. See our Refund Policy for our voluntary guarantee.

Disclaimer

The guide offers general leadership ideas for educational purposes. It is not legal, HR, medical or psychological advice. You are responsible for how you apply it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the guide is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
