This policy explains what personal data The Visual Manager ("we", "us") collects when you visit thevisualmanager.com or buy the guide, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Purchase data: name, email, country and payment details, collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Delivery data: your name and email are printed in the footer of your copy of the PDF, and we keep a count of downloads to protect the file.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.
• If you sign up for free content in the future: your name and email.

Why we use it (legal basis)

• To deliver your purchase and provide support (performance of a contract).
• To keep accounting records as required by law (legal obligation).
• To prevent fraud and unauthorized sharing (legitimate interest).
• To send marketing emails, only if you have agreed (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers: Stripe for payments, our hosting provider to run the website, and an email provider to send messages. If we add advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel, they will only run in line with applicable cookie rules. We never sell your data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for 7 years to meet Swedish bookkeeping rules. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your rights
