Because The Visual Manager is a digital download delivered instantly, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you access the file, as explained in our Terms of Service.

When we refund

• The file is damaged, will not open, or you never received it, and we cannot fix it for you.
• You were charged twice or by mistake.

How to request help

Email leadership1talks@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with the email you used at checkout. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Your download link is disabled and your license to use the guide ends.
